Carvalhaes industry has just started to use the new report generating system created by Adianti Solutions - Adianti Reports. Through this modern system, IT professionals from Carvalhaes can now create reports in a fast way using Adianti Reports Client - the module used to create reports over relational databases. The tool allows the professional to create reports with groups, tabulations, subtotals, documents designed in open office and charts. The reports are published in the reports portal, whre will be available to the users. The new report platform allows Carvalhaes to create reports in a more dinamic and agile way over the Microsiga database, making the information available to its administrative collaborators, comercial representants and managers.
Adianti Solutions has just released a preview of its new PHP code editor, the Adianti Studio, that is being developed since 2007. With Adianti Studio, that will be launched in the market as a product, the customers will have the oportunity to use a modern source code editor with functionalities like syntax highlight, database navigation, PHP auto-complete, user class and methods auto-complete, file auto-complete, PHP-GTK auto-complete, graphical DIFF between files, subversion integration, source-code navigation, plugins gallery, bookmarks, ant other resources.
Univates has successfully completed the development of its new academic management system, that was specified and designed with support from Adianti Solutions, in a 2 year project. The project, which code name is Alfa, replaces the old academic system (sagu) and comprises all the academic processes involved since the student entrance up to its graduation. The new system is composed of the following modules: student selection process, academic, financial and accounting. The main functions of the student selection process module are: process opening, registering, student classification, examination room allocations, agreement generation; Academic: student transfers, graduation and post-graduation enrollment, enrollment cancellation, reports and documents; Finantial: scholarships, cash administration, course price definition, debt renegotiation, accounts receivable and payable, bank charging, and so on.
One more project is successfully completed by Adianti. This time, it was performed the specification and design of a new system for economic management. Once the Univates uses more than one ERP solution (Microsiga for accounting receivables and payables and Alfa for the academic management), the new system will allow financial and economic views over the data, segmented by cost center and ledger account. The strong point of the new system is a set of cross reference tables over consolidated financial data (cubes), that are loaded from both systems. The consolidated tables allow an integrated view, the same found in Business Intelligence systems.
With the advent of the new economic management system, the managers of Univates will have a more reliable portrait of the institution economic situation, dynamically collecting the needed informations from other management systems in use. The new system will allow the managers a financial view (forecast, paid), and a economic view (budget, purchased, payables) in a monthly basis. This way, Univates will gain more dynamicity in the process of decision making, once will have more subsidies through reliable and sharp finantial informations, available by a online Web System.
Univates and Adianti reach 50% of the new Alfa project. In this project, Adianti is supporting Univates in the specification and design of its new academic ERP system. The new project, with code name Alfa, is being developed entirelly in PHP, using PostgreSQL as database and Core framework (developed by Adianti). The project is being implemented by the internal development team of Univates.
Adianti is supporting Retta in the specification and design of its new solution for farm management, with focus on swines. The new system, that will be developed in Delphi, will allow the total control of the properti, including the farm management and its installations, employees, payments, stock registry, swines management (treatments, applications, races), quarantine management, matrices, lots, squads management, vendors and accounts receivable and payable.
One more project was successfully completed by Adianti and new enters in maintenance stage. It was completed, after 6 months of specification, design and development, the new issue management system for IT professionals, with code name "girinus". The new system will allow the Brasfumo collaborators to make the registration of IT incidents related to hardware or software. On the other side, the IT professionals will have a modern Web System to manage the issue entries, assign people to work on the issue, to register the issue activities, to close the issue with e-mail notifications. Furthermore, the system will allow the manager to generate reports with worked hours, reports of work progression (with charts), besides charts of costs per cost centers, amonth others. The system will also control the inventory registry information and IT equipment reservation.
One more project performed with support of Adianti was successfully completed. This time, Adianti has created the specification and design of a new purchase request system to be used by the Univates. The goal of the new project is to manage the material requests, books request and travel budget request of the collaborators of Univates, comprising functions as consult the budget balance, material purchase request, stock material request, library material request and travel budget request. The system, that will be developed internally was conceived in 5 months of analysis and architecture design, with wide requirements specification and role/responsabilities mapping. Some of the main work products, we can highlight: use case specification, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, pseudo-code, besides interface prototyping and relational model design for database.
The system will allow a more precisely control of the process flow by managers, teachers, department managers and others. With the advent of the new routing approval system, the system managers could change the approval workflow, as well as the system roles and responsabilities, without the need to change the software.
On more Adianti project was successfully completed. This time, it was developed a new curriculum management system for job candidates at Brasfumo, multinational tobacco industry located in Venâncio Aires-RS. The system was entirelly developed with a PHP framework created by Adianti, and will manage the candidates, its competencies, professional experience, among other personal informations realted with its habilities for the performance of its industrial functions. The system will allow Brasfumo to leave paper forms for registering and curriculum selection.
