In last September, Adianti Solutions provided a complete training about Adianti Framework to collaborators of Sky Informática. About 9 developers were trained in the solution. Sky Informática develops solutions for notary's office in Delphi, and is investing in the development of web applications with Adianti Framework. The Delphi developers saw in the solution an IDE that allows them to draw the application interfaces just dragging and dropping. Adianti Framework is specialized in the development of business applications (management systems). To speed up the creation of this kind of applications, it has a group of visual components ready to be used in the construction of forms and datagrids. This way, the developer may focus in the business logic, not in the interface building. The maximum productivity is achieved when we use the framework along with Adianti Studio Professional, that brings functionalities like the automatic generation of forms and datagrids, besides the Adianti Studio Designer, a tool that allows to design the application interfaces by drag and drop.
In last may, Adianti Solutions has provided training to DBSeller developers about: Object Orientation essentials (classes, objects, encapsulation, cohesion, association, inheritance, composition, aggregation); Object Orientation applied (coupling, interfaces, static methods, magic methods, autoload, reflection, SimpleXML, PDO, Web Services, exception handling); Object-Relational Mapping (Table Data Gateway, Row Data Gateway, Active Record, Repository); and Design Patterns (Singleton, Factory, Lazy Initialization, Facade, Composite, Strategy, Front Controller, Template View).
Adianti starts 2012 supporting Univates with specification and design and of a new software for institutionl evaluation. The goal of this project is to make the new system available for the students, teachers and collaborators to fill the required questions to perform the institutional evaluation, as well as make available analitic reports needed by different profiles (teachers, coordinators, rectors). The new system will have a dinamic and flexible aproach on forms creation, which will be used by different profiles of answerers (students, teachers), allowing a diferent question database for each year. The new system will also have a strong integration with another organization systems (the main is the academic ERP developed internally), where it will get information on students, courses, disciplines and teachers using Web Services.
In order to make available strategic financial informations as receivables and payables, receipt and debt amounts, Adianti supports Univates in the data warehouse modeling and data load (ETL) of a cube in PostgreSQL database containing financial information. This cube will be used in the future to make available this type of information in Business Intelligence systems. The project integrates financial informations from different data sources like Microsiga and Alfa (academic ERP developed internally). The project was successfully competed after about four months of work of Adainti and Univates IT professionals.
In order to make available strategic informations, as the student count, enrollments, enroll cancellations, Adianti supports Univates in the data warehouse modeling and data load (ETL) of a cube in PostgreSQL database containing student academic information. This cube will be used in the future to make available this type of information in Business Intelligence systems. This was a specially complex project, because the nuances of the academic processes. It was sucessfully completed after 6 months of work of the IT professionals of Adianti along with Univates users.
One more project is completed by Univates with support of Adianti. This time, it was performed the complete specification and modeling of a new system to control service request inside the organization. The new system will allows the users to perform service request (fix, material exchange, installations, etc) totally integrated with the current purchase request system (material requisition, purchase requests). This resource will be created by the adition of a module inside the current request system, allowing the users to perform service request. Some of the main functions of this system include: service request, service approval, management, chat between the tecnician and the user, scheduling of service execution, service close and operational reports.
Univates University has just started to use the new report generating system created by Adianti Solutions - Adianti Reports. Through this modern system, IT professionals from Univates can now create reports in a fast way using Adianti Reports Client - the module used to create reports over relational databases. The tool allows the professional to create reports with groups, tabulations, subtotals, documents designed in open office and charts. The reports are published in the reports portal, whre will be available to the users. The new report platform allows Univates to create reports in a more dinamic and agile way over the Microsiga and Alfa databases, making the information available to its administrative collaborators, department managers and rector.
On more Adianti project was successfully completed. In the last three months, Adianti has created the software specification and design of a new budget control system for Univates University. The goal of the new system is to allow the interaction between the Univates accounting and the cost center manager (investment projects, course coordinators) aiming to collect data and perform forecasts. The system comprises the form creation to collect forecasts for the number of students, investment projects, receivables and payables according to each cost center manager. Besides, the administrator can define flexible rules for form fill validation (with budget limits) and the e-mail notification for the managers. The project was developed according to the Unified Process principles, following the RUP (Rational Unified Process) guidelines. In this project we can highlight the wide specification of use cases, use of activity diagrams to describe the processes, class diagram with behavior specification, component diagram to describe the system interfaces with another ERPs unsed by the organization (through Web Services), deployment diagram and relational model design.
